Who we are

Independent, and honest about it

TechChopz LLC helps organizations get real value from the platforms they already pay for. Our deepest expertise is in the Microsoft stack, from Microsoft 365 and Entra ID to Azure, and we work in AWS and Google Workspace where an engagement calls for it. We carry no reseller quotas and no vendor incentives, so our advice is shaped by your outcome rather than someone's license count.

The work spans the digital workplace, identity, migrations and tenant consolidation, developer productivity, cloud infrastructure, and the adoption of agentic AI. That last area is where the others converge. Copilots and agents only deliver when the tenant, the data, and the identity model underneath them are sound, and that groundwork is what we have always done.

How an engagement runs

Four steps that flex to the work. Some engagements move through all four, others start in the middle.

    We start with your goals, your constraints, and your current environment. Understanding what matters to you comes before any recommendation.

  2. Plan

    A clear scope with priorities, dependencies, and honest effort estimates. You see what we intend to do and why before the work begins.

  3. Deliver

    The work itself, done carefully and communicated as we go. Progress stays visible and course corrections are welcome.

  4. Enable

    Documentation, training, and handover so your team runs what we built. The engagement ends with your people more capable.

Engagements that fit

We work as fixed-scope projects, ongoing advisory, or flexible blocks of hours, sized to the outcome rather than the other way around. We aim to be easy to work with, clear about cost, and worth what you pay. If a smaller engagement serves you better, we will say so.

We work deeply in the Microsoft ecosystem and across Azure and AWS, and we will tell you plainly when a feature is not ready, when a cheaper path exists, or when the right answer is to do nothing yet. The outcome and its value come first.
